Placing an Order

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. The company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property or wasted expenditure.

Color Disclaimer
The colors you see on this website are representations of the colors of our furniture but should not be used to make final buying decisions. We strive to show our colors as accurately as possible, but due to the inconsistencies of computer display monitors, we cannot guarantee they are absolutely correct. Any buying decision on the part of the buyer will be at their perception and judgment of the colour. We will not be held liable for this decision. We encourage clients to order swatches from us or to visit us at our storage facility before placing an order to ascertain the colour of the leather . Please note that certain colours on the website, such as black and white can have several shades available in the market place. To ensure that the colour matches your requirement and taste, do request a swatch from us. We will not be liable for your judgment of colour over the internet.

Leather Match Disclaimer

All our suites are manufactured using real top grain cowhide leather and synthetic leather (otherwise know as 'match'). The match is mainly used on the non-visible or non-seating parts of the sofa suites. Although we aim to use match which is similar to the real leather, at times this may differ from the real leather due to differences in dyeing technique or texture of the material.

Leather Quality Disclaimer

All our suites are manufactured using real top grain cowhide leather and synthetic leather (otherwise know as 'match'). We encourage clients to order swatches from us or to visit us at our storage facility before placing an order to ascertain the quality of the leather .

Warranty Disclaimer

Whereby warranty is offered on certain products, it does not cover accidental damage or damage resulting due to negligence under any circumstances.

With regards to the sofa suites, the warranty only covers the framework and the real leather used on the sofa suites. Any damage to the non-seating parts of the sofa suites, where match is used, will not be covered. Natural wear of the real leather is not covered. Any problems with the product must be immediately reported so that the situation can be rectified before the damage extends. Extensive damage resulting from such negligence will not be covered.

When reporting a fault with a product under warranty, evidence in the form of digital photographs must be submitted within 3 working days of having reported the fault. This allows us to rectify the problem before it gets any worse. Any submissions of evidence outside this timeframe could lead to the customer incurring further charges.

Warranty time period begins from the time of purchase (and not the delivery date) up to the specified time period mentioned on the particular product's description.
