Status of Your Delivery on an Already Placed Order

 Kindly note that the actual delivery date and time is specified 1 to 2 weeks prior to the actual delivery itself. A general timeframe of how many weeks the delivery will take is specified via email shortly after the order placement. To find out the status of your order please kindly contact us only in the last 1 to 2 week of this timeframe if you have not heard from us by then.

General Delivery Timings

The delivery time on our sofa suites depends on the (1) design, (2) colour and (3) orientation (left hand or right hand chaise when facing the sofa) you require.

If the sofa suite is in stock, it can be usually delivered in 2 to 3 weeks provided that you live in mainland England excluding Devon, Cornwall, Scotland and Wales. If the sofa is not in stock, this is likely to be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.

All customised sofas are delivered in 10 to 12 weeks. For areas other than mainland England, please add another 2 to 3 weeks.
